1. About UndaPot Services

This website allows customers to browse available products and place eligible Bistro/Retail or Catering orders for pickup or, where enabled, local delivery.

2. Product Availability

Products, variations and availability may change. UndaPot does not guarantee that any particular item will be continuously available.

3. Prices

The prices that apply to an order are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. Where additional charges apply, they are intended to be communicated before the order is completed at checkout.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Orders may be subject to:

• Product availability
• Payment confirmation
• Operational capacity
• Any fulfilment requirements shown at the time of ordering

5. Advance Orders

UndaPot supports advance ordering. Customers should select an available pickup or delivery date and time during checkout. The dates and times offered by the ordering interface at the time of ordering are the ones available for that order.

6. Catering Orders

Catering products may be subject to:

• Minimum quantities
• Tray-based pricing
• Advance-order requirements

The requirement shown on the product or ordering interface at the time of ordering is the one that applies.

7. Drinks and Other Minimums

Specific products may have quantity minimums. The minimum shown on the product at the time of ordering applies to that order.

8. Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name and contact details, and for selecting a pickup date and time from the options offered.

9. Local Delivery

Local delivery is available only where the delivery option is enabled and the delivery location is eligible. Eligibility, any applicable delivery charge and the available delivery times are shown during checkout.

10. Payments

Payments may be handled through Stripe, the store platform's payment gateway, or another configured secure payment provider. Raw payment credentials are not stored within this website's application code.

11. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation, modification, refund and rescheduling eligibility may depend on the type of order, preparation status, scheduled fulfilment time, and any policy displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated by UndaPot.

12. Food Allergens

UndaPot products are prepared in a kitchen that handles a range of ingredients, and no item is described as allergen-free. If you have an allergy or dietary concern, please contact UndaPot before ordering so your requirements can be discussed.

13. Product Images

Photographs are intended to represent the products offered. Because food is prepared by hand, reasonable variation in appearance, size and presentation is normal.

14. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information, including any delivery address. Incorrect information may delay or prevent fulfilment.

15. Refusal or Cancellation by UndaPot

UndaPot may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Operational constraints
• Suspected misuse of the ordering service

Where an order is declined or cancelled, UndaPot will aim to notify the customer.

16. Events Outside Reasonable Control

UndaPot is not responsible for delays or failures in fulfilment caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as severe weather, utility or supply interruptions, or other similar circumstances. Where this happens, UndaPot will aim to contact the customer and agree a reasonable alternative.

17. Limitation and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UndaPot's liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
