Beignet — known in some markets as Puff-Puff — is our signature item and the centre of everything we prepare. Fried to order, lightly browned outside, soft and spongy inside.
It is a shared food experience across cultures: passed around tables, offered to guests, and made for the moments when people gather. Every batch leaves our kitchen fresh.
